This Privacy Policy explains how ReAgent Realty Brokerage LLC ("ReAgent", "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use this website — including our contact and inquiry forms, our website analytics, and our optional AI chat assistant. It covers inquiries about our own listings and about third-party MLS listings displayed via IDX.
When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, and — for a listing inquiry — which listing it concerns. If you complete our "Find your match" questionnaire, we also collect the search preferences you choose to share — such as your goal (buying, renting, investing, or selling), budget range, preferred areas and property types, timeline, how you plan to pay, and your preferred contact channel — and store them with your inquiry so our team can respond with relevant options. If you choose to answer the optional question about whether you would be investing from the U.S. or from abroad, we use that answer solely to prepare remote-closing, ITIN, LLC, and FIRPTA guidance — never to decide which properties you are shown. When you browse the site, we also automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address and usage data, through the analytics tools described below. If you use our AI chat assistant, we receive the messages you send it. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to provide the real estate services you request, and to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
We use analytics and performance tools to understand how visitors use the site and to keep it running well, including Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights and — where enabled — Google Analytics (configured to anonymize IP addresses). These tools collect usage and device data and may set cookies. Our pages also load fonts, maps, and listing images from third-party providers, which receive your IP address as part of delivering that content.
Our website offers an optional AI chat assistant ("Satoshi"). Satoshi is an automated assistant, not a licensed real estate agent, and a licensed ReAgent professional handles every transaction. When you chat with it, the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate responses; please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat. Your conversations are not stored in our database. If you ask us to follow up, the assistant records the same contact details as our forms.
Our contact form includes an optional consent checkbox. Checking it is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of any service. If you check it, you authorize ReAgent and its agents to contact you at the number you provide about your inquiry, which may include calls or text messages, potentially using automated dialing systems or prerecorded, artificial-voice, or text messages, consistent with the federal TCPA and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA). We do not currently operate automated dialing or text-messaging systems; if we adopt them, we will rely on this consent. Message and data rates may apply, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us below.
You can optionally create a free account to save your property search — either with a one-time sign-in link sent to your email (no password) or by continuing with Google. If you use Google, we receive only your basic profile information through Google's sign-in service (name, email address, and profile picture — the openid, email, and profile scopes); we never receive your Google password. When you sign in with a verified email, we link the search preferences you submitted under that same email to your account so you can review them at any time on the My Saved Search page. An account is never required to use this site or to contact us, and you can ask us to delete your account and its linked search data at any time using the contact details below.
We share your information with ReAgent's licensed agents to respond to you, and with service providers that operate the website on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — including our hosting and infrastructure provider, our database provider, analytics providers, our AI-assistant provider, the notification and email providers that alert our team to new inquiries, and anti-abuse and security providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
We keep the inquiries you submit for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations; we do not delete them automatically. You may ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time by contacting us below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. AI chat conversations are not stored in our database, and the short-lived technical logs we use to keep the site secure expire automatically.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. If a breach of unencrypted personal information occurs, we will provide notice as required by Florida's information-security statute (Fla. Stat. § 501.171).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, and you may withdraw communications consent at any time, by contacting us below.
